A typical class is made up of wome just like you with differing abilities, fitness levels and goals. Groups are kept small so that everyone receives individual attention and focus.
While every session is varied, there will always be a focus on functional fitness; exercises that will enhance your day to day life.
Finally, there is one guarantee – you will never, ever be asked to do a burpee!!!
Breathe Fitness is not about ‘look great in that bikini this summer’. It is about feeling strong, a positive self image and being kind to yourself. It doesn’t mean we don’t work hard though!
