Fitness Fun
The season kicks off on Tuesday the 1st of February and runs for 11 weeks, finishing up on the 17th of April. Please choose whichever option you’d like depending on your focus this season. Simply click on the image to purchase your package.
The Group Fitness packages include at home workouts while the Running Package includes an individualised program to help you reach your running goals. If you choose the Running Package and would like to join in the Group Sessions as well let me know and I will organise this for you.

Choose this option for up to 3 group sessions per week and 12 weeks of at home workouts to complete in your own time. I’ll check in to keep you motivated each week.
