Over the past couple of years, I have benefited so much from the combination of running coaching, strength sessions and fun in Sheena’s sessions. Most recently I’ve been working on improving my running technique, stretching, and setting running goals that I have previously doubted I could achieve.
I am so much more aware now of how I run, and of how my body moves, and the best exercises I can do to target weaknesses or imbalances and tight muscles.
Sheena’s in-person small group sessions are engaging and creative; and the home workout training plans on the app are brilliant. I am more confident and stronger as a result. Can’t recommend her enough

They keep me coming back because they are fun and inclusive, and hard enough to feel worthwhile. Above all though, Sheena is mindful of everyone’s technique/safe practice, and adapts exercises to the inevitable injuries whatever needs.
Sheena’s influence extends beyond her class, with suggestions on how to incorporate useful exercises/stretches into everyday activities
Caveat: not entirely sure she can count, some “last 10 seconds” seem dubious!

Sheena is incredibly thoughtful about each session . There’s always something different to bring variety, and she can be incredibly creative….water guns on a hot day anyone?
Sheena is also very aware of looking after your body and prevention of injury while setting challenges and goals . I can’t recommend her highly enough
