Settings – going through the features here is the first step in making the most of the app. Be sure to set up Notifcations so that you don’t miss chats or updates. Setting up integrations is also really helpful. For fun be sure to add a photo to your profile as well! https://youtu.be/5VO_IKPPfcw
Chat – essentially the same as any other messenger apps. There are a number of What’s App and other messenger apps that we have been using. Although I will not deactivate those chats, the Chat Forum on this app will be the primary means of communication. https://youtu.be/cVbW4cN9pik
Calendar – this is where you can book into sessions (referred to as events) and see any upcoming training assigned to you. https://youtu.be/94vlqPgj2tY
Workouts – take the time to really get to know this feature and more importantly make use of it! Each exercise in the workout has either an instructional video or written instructions. You have control of your workout; you can add sets, reps or even add on extra exercises. Of course control means you can leave some out exercises too.
